I have been in background check for 32days!!

I have been in background check for 32days so i called them and was told 20 more days !!has any one else been in this time frame? my backgound record is spotless!! so what could be taking so long?

Im right there with you , They have had mine since 2/23/2012 . I called last week and got the generic awnser as well , they have 60 days , ugh .

I have been there for 31 days also! Called them and they said another couple weeks or so.

You're halfway through the 60 days DPS is allowed.

When they say 60 days is it 60 business days??

Good question. My guess would be that it is 60 business days since there might be instances, like the Christmas season, where there are several days off for holidays.
