OK, stupid question... if the status shows "manufacturing ", can I carry? I mean I'm approved and should show in DPS data base if ran. With as much violence out there I'm afraid to keep waiting

No , You are not Legal for Concealed Carry till You get Your license .

By the way , its not a stupid question . Just read Your manual or look at the DPS website . Besides that , there is a lot of expert advice on here .
