Review: Gearworks ATLAS Belt (Web)

Post by RoyGBiv »

Received a new belt over the weekend and thought I'd share it with y'all.
I've been struggling with making heavier belts work with shorts.
I came across this belt recommended on another forum, and I'm very happy with it.

It's made from SCUBA webbing and flat webbing with a small but useful G-hook buckle. VERY stiff and very adjustable. It has 4 PALS slots on one side, opposite the adjustable G-hook with a Velcro tail to keep it all neat. I wore it most of the weekend and have really enjoyed it. No more "too tight" leather or falling down shorts. I've not used the Wilderness belts, but this one has been described by others as having similar stiffness with lighter weight.

Price was $46 delivered and it was shipped in less than 48 hours from ordering.
He's just getting started so ordering is via email. (email address is on his web site)

The photos look a bit "tacticool", but it's not quite as tactical looking in person and with the low profile buckle it just does its job and conceals easily.

I have no affiliation with the supplier... Just a satisfied customer..
