Class B mis 5 yr term

Post by shefferiii »

I had a class B misdemeanor with a disposition date of 6/02/2008 how soon can I apply for my CHL do I need to wait till June 2013 or is there a fudge factor? The date of the offence was 12/ 2006 but took 2 years till it finally went to court... other than that I have a clean record..

No sooner than 5 years from the disposition date, unless you just want to donate money to the DPS.
