Thanks to PBratton....

Post by The Annoyed Man »

I met PBratton today down in Buffalo (1/2 way between Houston where he lives, and Grapevine where I live) and exchanged my Kimber Stainless Ultra Carry II for $700 of his dollars. He's a right nice guy, and his wife was very pleasant too. My wife went with me, so we all chatted for a few minutes before going our separate ways. It would have been nice to be able to spend more time visiting, but we all had a lot of ground to cover to get home.

Anyway, it was good to meet with him, and I can recommend him as a buyer or a seller. I understand that he's got an FFL and does transfers and stuff, as well as selling the occasional firearm (http://texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=56004" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).

PBratton, it was a pleasure doin' bidness with you. Let me know if you ever decide to sell that Kimber. I might need to buy her back.

I too have done business with him and he is a stand up guy. Tam your Kimber went to a good person, if I lived near him he would be my dealer of choice.

That is good to hear!! :cheers2:

Honestly, I have done several transactions with members of this fine community, and have yet to have a negative encounter!

This is by far the best online community that I have ever been a part of!

PBratton is my FFL of choice. I've done two transfers with him and he's the best. Quick transactions, friendly, and always offers great advice and recommendations. TAM, you did well selling to this fine gentleman!

Sure was a nice Kimber too!

XDM 9mm Compact 3.8
Kimber Ultra Carry II .45

Thoughts on CHL Carry - I'd rather have it and not need it, then need it and not have it!
