Queen Sheila is at it again

Post by JJVP »

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) said late Monday that she would seek a meeting with the National Rifle Association (NRA) to see if there are any ways to find an agreement on how to prevent tragedies like the one last week in Colorado, where one shooter killed 12 and wounded nearly 60 others in a movie theater.
"I want an explanation on why someone can buy 6,000 rounds of ammunition on an Internet without any oversight whatsoever," she said. "Why is there no basis of giving notice?

Guns, ammo, cars, gasoline, fireworks, bombs, poison, tire irons, baseball bats, big rocks, knives, etc....
Another fool that does not understand how life works.

The less guns/ammo the good guys have, the more difficult it is to reduce the bad guy gene pool. :cheers2:

Maybe that is her purpose in the first place? :banghead:

I'll answer that for you, Queen Sheila. Someone can buy 6,000 rounds of ammunition on the internet because it is perfectly legal. I'm sorry that I can not provide a more elegant explanation.

Normally I would be curios to know what the phrase "basis of giving notice" is supposed to mean. But, with this woman, I'm sure its some elitist leftwing statist fantasy...and people wonder why I so vehemently despise those like her?

But in her mind it should be illegal or at the very least approved by the government. And that is the real problem!

I sincerely wish she would go blow herself up.

She wants an "explanation"? I wouldnt give her the time of day. She is one of the nastiest people I have ever had the misfortune to see.

It's no secret why everyone in D.C. considers her an idiot! Even within her own Party she's considered a liability. Though irritating, she's harmless due to an utter lack of power and influence.

She's also a flat out liar. I caught her in back-to-back lies when she was on Houston City Council and testifying against concealed-carry (SB60) in 1995. She lied claiming Florida had all sorts of problems with concealed-carry and even gave a description of a specific event on a buss that never happened. A mole told me she was coming to testify, so I got a letter from officials in Florida stating Florida had no problems with any licensees. I handed it to Sen. Patterson who politely shoved it down her throat. Then she lied and said public opinion was overwhelmingly against SB60. I handed Sen. Patterson a copy that that morning's Houston Chronicle (could have been the Post in 1995, I don't recall for sure). It had a poll showing widespread support for concealed-carry.

The Mouth glared at me, then turned and walked away in a huff. I loved it, absolutely loved it! I have no use for a liar, none.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee simply has a geography problem. She acts like she is in California. Perhaps we should all take up a collection for her one way bus ticket to correct that geographical location issue.

Can't you see a liar's poker game between she and Jerry Brown? I'd pay admission. :evil2:
