chlinstructors e-mail

Post by wgoforth »

Has anyone had any luck using the chlinstructors e-mail address they give us to ask questions of the DPS? First time I ever needed to use it was this weekend, so I dropped them a note on Sun, and as of Wed no response. So I resent it on Wed, and still nothing. They told us they try to answer within 24 hours.

I actually have had pretty good response from the instructors e-mail.
However, full disclosure, I have not used it recently.

They run hot and cold on their response time. I've gotten answers almost immediately and have had to wait a few days. I think work load and research time enters into the equation. I've always gotten an answer.

I did get a response 8 days after sending it. I was a good response that answered all questions, just really slow and past the time I needed it.
