I got into an argument that turned into a pushing match eventually my budy Chris threw me to the ground and started to fight we made a big crow police arrived ,he got away , I got arrested and charged with disorderly conduct ,after failing probation twice I had no car ,no job so judge sugested 21 days in jail case closed in January 4 2001 never been in trouble before and after this.
The question is , how long it would take?
I have been in BCR for 5 weeks. any comments are welcomed

I have no idea. Perhaps if you listed the actual charge, was it a misdemeanor and what kind?

Disorderly conduct disqualifies you for 5 years from the conviction date.

Unless there are other factors you have not disclosed here, or you failed to disclose this on your application, you should be good to go.

Is a misdemeanor class d I think plus this was in Michigan I just paid 150 of the class 140 0f the application + 800 gun ammo it will be bya shame if I can not get a chl

When in doubt, google the clerk for the court you went to. Call or search online if available and verify specifics.

I wouldn't worry about a Disorderly Conduct. Report it on the application and just answer the questions asked.

my dad was you got yourself into you get out on your own no money, job and no car to go to the community service it was rough times going to school so after not attending to the comm svc first strike so the judge double the fine to 1500 , so by suggestion of the judge I went to jail he even ask me when I wanted to go in the next six months quit school and joined family business after that stupid events like that mark you in many ways

I received a letter today requesting documentation about my arrest , I sent it twice in case I messed up so it seems like is moving a long,, 7 weeks on BCR
