Predator Hunting pics!

Post by J.J. »

Hey folks!
I am new here and just did an introduction in the intro thread, but I wanted to add some off my predator hunting pics to continue the introduction!
I am fairly new to predator hunting as well, a year and a half now, but I am addicted!!

This is a large male (40.2 lbs) taken on April 1st this year! No foolin! :biggrinjester:

Here are a few others.

Another large one! Probably my biggest but I didn't get to weigh it!
This one caused me to start carry a scale with me! :thumbs2:

He did make a trophy for me though!

And a couple of bobkitties!

This one was shot at 12 yards!

Thanks for looking!

First time I've seen a shotgun used for predator hunting. Interesting.

Well, the pics that have the 1100 in them was before I actually purchased a rifle! I just couldn't wait!
But I still tote my 870 Express to every stand with me!
Most of my areas are a tight cover and the action happens quick and close!!

Getting the cross hairs on a fur rocket at 20 yards can prove near impossible at times!

Nicely done! I'm just starting to get back into doing some predator hunting after a five year lull.

Used to hunt Foard, Knox and Runnels counties, now just a small place in Leon County and usually a trip or two back to Runnels county.

Nice area!
I went down to Menard for a Predator hunting forum get together in March I think it was.
It looks like some good calling land!

It is like a different world from Northeast Texas though!
