From the HD clip, I can ID it as Russian Mi-24 "Hind" Gunship Helicopter.

Freeze frame shows it to be more like a MI-17 transport. MI-24 Hind had retractable gear, and a much longer nose than this one, which appears to be fixed gear type with a much shorter nose. At least that's what I see when I freeze the frames in the third video down.

I could be wrong, I thought I saw the distinct 2-cockpits in tandem. Maybe a modified Mi-17 with Rocket and Missile attached to the side.

Yep, that's pretty much what it looks like to me. Much shorter nose without the twin canopy bumps of the Hind, and with fixed gear, not retractable gear like the hind. While primarily a transport, Mi-17s were often armed with external gun pods. Either way, it's toast!
