Try http://Conduit.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they have a cookie cutter app you can build/tune to your needs. then you can release android, windows, and iphone apps. The free version lets you do 25 app installs while the payed version (Monthly basis) gives you 5k to unlimited app installs.
