New future chl holder

Post by chandler583 »

Hello everyone,

I just took my my chl course and received my chl 100 forum. Hopefully I'll get everything taken care of this next week. I just wanted to introduce myself here, I've been lurking for a while, but since I now took my test I figure its time to say hi.

I took my CHL class on September 9th, sent application and documents on the 10th and for the past week my application has been stuck in Background Review.

A buddy of mine recently got his CHL after only 10 days from mailed to reviewed. I was hoping I would be so lucky, but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Takes me back to my military days of "hurry up and wait".
