Wife still waiting! 6 months!

My wife and I took the class together It's been so long now I can't even remember when the class was I want to say it was May maybe end of April. I got my plastic at the beggining of June. She has had nothing but trouble. First the paperwork they said they did nto recieve a copy of her military docs when I know for a fact we sent them then she sent them via email they said no we don't have them then she faxed them that finally worked. Then it went out to mailed status almost a month went by and no plastic then while last week she called and they said oh we mailed it to house number 407 not 409. Or something like that so she asked what number do you have there oh she says it said 409 on the info she had and did not know what to say to why it got messed up. So they cancelled that one and sent out another and still waiting! I figure maybe by the end of this year she will get it. It's been over 6 months so far what's another 3 lol.
