No but I should be. What is that gym like? How much does a membership cost?

It's 32 a month. I like it a lot. I've been there for about 4 years now, it has all the typical gym stuff plus a large area for crossfit.

I just joined one that is being built in Texarkana and will open the first of the year. $1 to join, $9.99/month starting January, no contract. (Golds Gym. It's a chain.)
I'll give you some feed back in February.

Yup. Started going a couple months ago. Did good things for my blood pressure and blood sugar. Small town gym. I love it.

I have a golds gym membership. My wife teaches Les Mills Body Pump and we love it. Her pay more than offsets my $28/month membership.
