First, the headline says that the brother was already dead when the sister shot him. Then the article implies that the brother was indeed alive when he was shot and killed. It's no wonder the msm takes such a bashing. Just say what happened & keep the poignant prose for other works of fiction!

Next is the proverbial no-accountability statement where the evil inanimate object suddenly & miraculously takes on life-like qualities & performs actions of its own accord! And since it's one of those 'evil' things, the action it took was to murder an innocent man...
As the 19-year-old posed and played around with the weapon it went off striking Ortiz in the head,
For once, I'd like to see a news outlet state the facts of the matter: "As the 19-year old posed and played around with the weapon she pulled the trigger and it went off striking Ortiz in the head"
