They Don't Need A Gun To Do Bad
This was a couple of the front page articles from my home town newspaper today. No gun needed.

One of the first acts of violence I recall was seeing a teenager hit a drunk on the head with a bottle. The drunk was taken away. Not sure if he lived or not.
I spent most of my life in New Orleans. Some of those years New Orleans had the highest murder rate per capita in the country. During that time I saw many things. But I never witnessed a single crime committed with a firearm. Of course they happened but almost all of the gun violence was gang related.
Said that to say this; your average thug doesn't use a gun because if he gets caught he's going away for a lot longer if he's armed with a firearm. Most of the ones I saw preferred knives and clubs and most were very good with them.
