Man Shoots Guy in Driveway - Hope there is more to the story

This sounds like one that will be getting dragged out against people at home with guns. Reading comments it sounds like more facts need to come out but on the surface, sounds ugly.

The story is that a guy turns into the driveway of a 69 year old Vietname vet's driveway by mistake and the Vet shoots him claiming fear of home invasion. He's now charged with murder.

I thought you couldn't kill someone with a .22. :biggrinjester:

Texans are more careful about when and who they shoot.
