Three armed burglars entered the doctor's house and came into his bedroom, where he was waiting with a gun. He shot one time. They fled. One died. One was captured. One is on the loose.

New York Criminals will feel dejected if some get shot more times than their partners in crime due to limited capacity/freedoms on good guys, they'll cry "unfair, he got more than I did!!!"
Especially the Unionized criminals, they might go on strike...
