Anyone know of a good Harley shop- Fort Worth Area?

Post by steveincowtown »

I want/need a little work done to my Fat Boy and I would prefer to give my money to a small shop that does good work, over either of the large dealers in the area.

I should be doing some of this myself, but I just don't have the time right now. I need:

- change all fluids
- new rear tire
- install ape hangers and new cables

Any board members know of any reputable smaller shops in the Fort Worth area?

Contact Ernest Felty of Felty's Custom Cycles in Lewisville. 972-219-5919. He's the only guy other than myself that gets to touch my bike, and I trust him better than I trust myself.

Wish you were local. We could do all of that in my garage over some cold beverages.

Very nice offer Giga.... :tiphat:

I out did myself and just have two many projects going right now, most of which wont be finished until mid summer. With gas at close heading towards $4.00 I want to start riding my MC to work...and soon!

Hopefully I will find someone local that is reasonable. If not I will be going to the Harley dealer or the previously suggested shop in Lewisville.

Last time I heard about someone doing that, the bike went on the road without oil. :banghead:
