Yeah, in that very first sentence, you can hear the regret in his voice. He so regrets the frustrating restraints placed upon a President.

My dad told me, "if a man says trust me, you better grab your wallet and get away from him". I wonder what his advice would be about a president that says, "I'm not a dictator".
