You can set various search criteria and watch surveillance videos of crimes in progress, or at least photos of
the suspects.
I surfed around this site quite a bit tonight. Some of the video quality is "through a shower curtain" quality,
but some is much better. The website's creator is a chiropractor, and he runs this site on the side.
Some of the Texas crime locations featured were Dallas; Harris County; and Vinton (El Paso area); but I'm sure
that there are many more in the site that I didn't happen to see.
