Bolivar: Jealous man arrested, charged

On Bolivar peninsula, at around 2:30 a.m. Monday, 19-year-old a man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after allegedly pointing a rifle at a group of people engaged in a "beach party."

According to a spokesman for the sheriff's department,

“It all had to do with [the suspect] and a woman, who was with this group of people,” ...“There was a jealousy issue there with other people.”

No word on whether alcohol was involved.

Guy was from Bridge City, which is near Port Arthur, nearly 100 miles away.

Genius. NASA is just going to have to get along without him.
