Prayers for my wife.

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Prayers for my wife.

Post by MoJo »

Well if not for bad luck we wouldn't have any luck at all. I'm not asking for luck cause I don't believe in luck. My dear sweet wife is in ICU with a severe case of pneumonia the ER doctor told me if her blood pressure doesn't get back into the normal range she won't be coming home. When I left the hospital this evening it was up to 115/56 on meds to raise the BP. Please pray for her healing. God is good.

We will place your wife at the top of our prayer list. My wife and I will be sure to beseech God on you and your dear wife's behalf.

One of our favorite prayer promises is Jeremiah 33:3 "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."

Will do. Upsetting to read this, MoJo. May she have a speedy and full recovery.

I am running too fast. Must slow down for needs like this.
I will stop now & pray for our Great Physician to heal her & then her dicipline & most of all faith to throw away the Saint Killer life wrecking sigarettes. Lord they are so hard to defeat only you can do it.
We ask it in Jesus Name.
AMEN

She seems to be on the path to recovery. They took her off the BP meds that was raising her blood pressure and she is holding her own on that. Her lungs are so full of fluid she is on oxygen all the time. I went to see her at lunch time today and she was sleeping so I asked the nurse how she was doing and left her sleep I'll be going back at 8:15 tonight.
