lost the copies of chl100 on a class

Post by o b juan »

DId a class north of San Antonio around the 1st of Nov '12. Have all of the tests and there release to me.

I have completely lost or misplaced the copies of the chl 100.
Called one of the Ladies in the class I know and she has received her chl.

What kind of trouble could this be when the audit comes along?

I found this out when I was throwing away all over 3 years old. And checking the past 3 years. :banghead:

Umm, perhaps you should have done that in the OTHER ORDER?

This is why I create a CD for every class containing my PP presentation, the handout, and scans of every CHL-100. And the other paperwork sent to DPS.

By the way, do you guys keep SIGNED copies of the CHL-100? (Signed by you and/or the student?)

I have just started using a power point and Charles' Excel spreadsheet for CHL-100, I keep a signed copy of all chl-100's.

I only keep the chl-100's, class completion and class notice....

We only have to keep the chl-100s for 3yrs or has there been any changes ?

I do not keep test's , i take them and shred them ; I was told at the chl instructor class no need to keep and dps doesn't care except they passed ......

I keep copies of the CHL 100's but only sign the original I give the student.

I doubt if the auditors will notice that you lost your copies from one class (unless that is the only class you have taught. :) )
