Looks more like a tryout video for a reality show.

A whole bunch of years ago a friend of mine, June Gibbs, owned a little trailer park out behind her former farm. Started with a couple of hired hands and a family member living there after the farm went fallow, and just kind of expanded. She was a good landlord and had well water and sewage services as well as telephone, cable TV, and power all buried in to all the lots.

One day she called me all in a panic. One of her tenants had had a fight with his wife and gone out drinking, and while he was gone his (soon to be ex) wife left, and took the trailer with her, without bothering to unhook the utilities, and she wanted me to come over and shut off the telephone and power for her, which I did (not as if the telephone needed much in the way of shutting off.) It was easy to track the trailer for a little way, because the broken soil pipe leaked a trail of effluent for quite a distance.

This ad was written, directed, and edited by your trusty Internetainment duo, Rhett & Link. Distributed by Tubemogul.
If you click on that other youtube link, you'll see a video about the making of the commercial. It's the real deal.

Sadly, the "mover" in the white tank top was killed just a month after this commercial was made. He fell asleep at the wheel on his way home from another job he held.

Almost missed that one. Much more to the story, but basically, before I started dating her, my late wife and her current boyfriend double dated with me and my date, who was my future brother in law's current wife at the time. Man that hurts my head just trying to type it accurately.

And none of us lived in trailers. :evil2:
