It's now official. Garland, in Dallas County, has officially been proclaimed the Cowboy Hat Capital of Texas.
Famous brands such as Stetson, Resistol, Wrangler, Charlie 1 Horse, Milano, Master Hatters, and Dallas Hat pump
out 1,000,000 cowboy hats a year.
I live close to Garland and had no idea that so much cowboy hat manufacturing was so close by, and so concentrated.

3rd Saturdays: Golden Corral, 465 E. I-20, Collins St exit, Arlington.
4th Saturdays: Sunny St. Cafe, off I-20, Exit 415, Mikus Rd, Willow Park.
