Howdy y'all. First post.

Had my fingerprints done this afternoon and just dropped my packet in the mail (sent it certified with return receipt). In addition to the required materials, I also included a certified copy of the Judgment and the Order of Dismissal from an *ahem* "incident" I had back in 2006 (DWI charge reduced to Obstructing a Roadway) that resulted in deferred adjudication (it's been more than five years so it's not disqualifying, but I disclosed it anyways and figured by including the certified documents with my other materials, it would expedite things).

Let's see how long this takes! I promised myself I wouldn't log into the DPS website every day, five times a day....

It only does any good to login to dps site once a day after 6 am is best and it does update on the weekends saturday and sunday.
