Wow - 52 year old man gets into it verbally with his girlfriend.

Her 2 sons come to the boyfriend's house with 2 x 4's and start vandalizing his car.

The homeowner fires multiple rounds (type of firearm was not disclosed).

Result: The girlfriend's 28 year old son dies.

The woman should be arrested for bringing back attack kids. She's an accessory.

52 is an age where you can claim to be old or not so old as convenient, with the former being advanatgeous in a self-defense case.

You already know who they are. Why step out and get into it with them? Say goodbye to retirement funds. Sounds like a justified use of lethal force but just a whole lot of stupidity all around.

There may yet be more to this story, but nothing I can fault yet other than a very poor choice in girlfriends.



That said, if I saw that someone was taking a 2X4 to my truck, I would step out armed and at least try to order them to stop. I guess I would have to be careful to not be the one seen as escalating.
