Application Not Received

Anyone else run into this problem? Nearly everything is completed or received besides the background check and passport photo holder but... my application is red and said "not received, notice sent to applicant." I was wondering if this is something that will clear up later or if I will need to send something else in. I completed the application online around the middle of May. Thanks.

That is not normal. You will be receiving a letter soon. You can call them to find out what happened but you might not get thru for days.

Same thing happened to me a week or so ago. I went back to the online area and re-uploaded all my stuff. Got a notice in about 2 hours after I wrote an email to them about it.

After you completed the online app you should have printed the bar code reciept. that shows you completed the app.

After you completed the online app you should have printed the bar code reciept. that shows you completed the app.

I printed the barcode paper out and sent it in the with rest of my paperwork. That's what I thought was weird about it. I knew that it said to do that in order for them to be able to pull up my application. I just sent off an email to them so I'll see what they say about it.

I already got a reply and it was something they thought was missing. I got out of the military 4 months ago and they wanted my military ID and LES. Since I am no longer in the military I no longer needed to sent those in. All they needed was my DD-214 (which is something I mailed in but oh well). Hopefully this will get things corrected now.
