Falling Skies?

Post by 03Lightningrocks »

I just picked up on this show. Yah... I know... I am late to the party. I watched a few of the first episodes and somehow got hooked.

I can't decide if I like it or not. But I keep right on watching it.

Anyone else watch this one? It fills the gap between walking dead seasons. :smilelol5:

I've watched it from day one. Love it. Tonight's episode seemed like a "filler". That worries me. Don't think many more seasons are in the future.

My wife and I started watching this show when it began last year, but quickly lost interest about the 4th or 5th week - she was primarily interested 'cuz of Noah Wylie - I thought it'd be a good Alien shoot 'em up. After the initial "fix", both of us decided the DVR recording slot could go bye bye. I'm surprised it's still on.

If you're looking for something a bit different, try NBC's Crossing Lines or get the DVD of the first season of A&E's Longmire.

I've also watched from day one and it is better than average. Lots of cool weapons, the military customs are pretty accurate, and they seem to act like they know what they're doing when using their weapons.

I record on Sunday and watch on Monday.

Well, he was probably holstering it when in half-cock position with round in the chamber, which is the way I would carry it, to avoid a ND. But I don't because I want a DAO with a round in the chamber.

I have a couple episodes on my DVR. It is getting hard to watch! The show is going downhill quick.

Of course it's a TV show, but views of his holstered gun show it uncocked, not half cocked.

Besides, getting a 1911 to half cock is dangerous to begin with, and then there's carrying it around that way, with no safety on at all.

I liked it when it started, but it's starting to lose me.

Maybe someone can explain why the aliens bother with a "harness", we they can send our little eye worms and have people totally under control.

The eye worms have only been used on adults where the harnesses have been used on children. The Harness tends to bring more strength and an improvement of the senses.
