FL: "Postal" murder-suicide crime

In Lake Butler, Florida (middle of nowhere, just south of the Georgia state line), a 72-year-old former employee of a trucking firm allegedly went around shooting people that he used to work with, killing two. He then put himself beyond the reach of human justice.

I thought this couldn't happen in Florida, because any idiot can get a concealed-carry permit. I guess not.
