[flash=][/flash]I have been advised by DPS that the administrative rule allowing someone to renew a CHL after expiration is still in effect. This means people can renew up to one year after expiration.
This is very good news.

It's definitely good news for procrastinators but how does DPS justify ignoring the law? The renewal bill is very clear about the timing.
