I pulled the information below from the TXDOT website. There is going to be some closures on I-45 this weekend. I am not sure if they will effect the exits for PSC. It might be a good idea to look at some alternate routes before leaving out in the morning.

Thanks Jason! You bet this will effect people coming to PSC this weekend. Southbound I-45 traffic is going to be terrible.
I suggest that people coming southbound on I-45 to NASA Road One, exit at 2351 instead. If you want to take this route, here are the directions:
Southbound on I-45 and exit on FM 2351;
Turn right on FM 2351 and go to Fm 518;
Turn left on FM 518 and go to FM 528;
Turn right on FM 528 (a/k/a Parkwood) and go to the range.
