Nah, being to big to fail doesn't violate anti-trust laws, but just try NOT stealing students from other piano teachers.

Tucked into this worthy document was a provision calling on teachers to respect their colleagues' studios, and not actively recruit students from other teachers.

My parents had their own tales about something similar as a tiny company battling the FDA for years. Disgusting doesn't even begin to describe it.

Sounds like the FTC is volunteering for a cut in budget and personnel -- they don't have enough real work to do.
