Wife's Renewal

My wife's renewal under the new guidelines took less than a month from payment to license received.

I was one of the last to go through the full renewal (Aug 2013) which took 12 weeks and the CHL class and range time.

My wife's renewal was filed at the end of October and she still has received her license.
