Professional Tailor Needed - DFW

Does anyone know of a professional tailor in DFW? I do not want a someone who is a "shade tree" tailor. It takes many bolts of material just to make me a shirt. Way too much money to be chopped up. Someone close to the Irving area would be terrific.
