Question regarding FAST on new application.
Hello, I am new to the forum and I have a question regarding the fingerprinting on a new application. In the middle of 2012 I took the CHL course and applied online for the CHL and due to job requirements could not finish it for another 2 years. I took the course again and began finishing the application but when logging in on the DPS site it still popped up with the old application. Knowing that it was not correct I emailed the customer service and awaited a return email. During the wait I decided to go have fingerprints taken, and I used the information from the original application. My problem is that I had to submit a new application and I am unsure if I will need to resubmit fingerprints even though they were done two weeks ago. I have been attempting to get ahold of customer service by phone, but it is hit and miss. Anyone ever been in a similar situation or have any guesses on the subject?

Re: Question regarding FAST on new application.
First off, welcome to the forum. I have not been in this situation and I have not seen it discussed before. My advice would be to call the DPS and ask them how to handle it. I understand it can be difficult to get through to a live person, but once connected they are very helpful and professional. Sorry I don't have a cut and dried solution for you, but that is the best way I see forward.
Good luck.
Good luck.
