Winter Soldier

Post by C-dub »

Anyone seen it yet. I saw it yesterday and thought it was great. Huge security and safety issue versus freedom issues. I wonder if liberals will put two and two together and get four.

Saw it last night in IMAX 3D...the movie was really well done! Loved the futuristic weapons...both the handheld kind and the vehicles. Glad to know that a Glock will still be a useful carry piece in a couple hundred years!

Just got back from seeing it.
I like it, as I have had all of the Marvel series.

I saw it Thursday night, and liked it very much. There is a very good message not very well hidden in the story.

message was a tad heavy handed. Even if I whole-heartedly agreed with it. Action was top notch.

I heard an interview with Andrew Mackey, Falcon, and he said they tried to do as little CGI as possible for the action scenes. He said that it made it look more real and much better in his opinion. I also read that the bad guy early in the movie was a real MMA Champion that has wanted to get into movies. He's the one that said something like, I thought you were more than just a shield.

Director has publicly spoken about the theme incase anyone missed it in the movie.

I wonder how some of the more liberal actors like Sam Jackson or Scarlett J. think about that. Possibly not much after getting their pay checks.

I loved the choreography for the fight scenes with Capt America and Major Romanov respectively. Very well done.
Good story line for a movie based on a comic book.
