Forum Rule 13

13. Posting items for sale/trade in the Market Section Except for the FFL subsection, the Market is intended solely for participating members (posts, not money) of TexasCHLforum.com. It was created as a courtesy to, and for the convenience of, our members, not as an open forum for marketing. Members must reach "Member" status, i.e. 45 posts, before posting anything for sale in the Market Section. (The transition from "Junior Member" to "Member" is done automatically.) Further, "for sale" posts cannot have a link to an auction website or any other website. All purchasers are strongly encouraged to get the full name, address and telephone number of a seller before purchasing an item and to verify that information. Refusal to provide that information to a purchaser will result in the seller being banned.
Guns are like parachutes, if your ever in a situation that you need one and you dont have one, you'll probably never need one again.

He is not selling he is looking to buy thus Rule 13 doesn't apply for this thread.

He is good to go. Welcome to the Forum and hoping you will read and post in the other sections. :tiphat:

My mistake. I was just reading the rules and noted the phrase that caused my confusion! :tiphat:

I'm actually not new to the forum. Originally joined in 2008 under the name "Grayhawk" and left the forum in 2012. Had commitments that took me out of the area. I asked to be removed from the forum since I wouldn't be using it. Guess I should've stayed cause I'm no longer a senior member and lost four years of posting......

As an aside, an LWS32 is my BUG. Sorry; not for sale. ;-)

It can be picky about ammo, but I got a case of Winchester Silvertip 60-grain ammo when I bought the pistol several years ago, and I've never had a single feed or fire issue, even with rapid-fire in training courses. Has about 400 rounds down the pipe. Heavier than an option like a Ruger LCP, but it's tiny and built like a tank. Certainly not my first choice for a defensive caliber, but in a pinch I guarantee it'll leave a mark. Whether I have my EDC on my hip or not, the Seecamp is always in my pocket.

Hope you locate one. You'll never let it go.

Checked Bachman's today, retail for new is almost a hundred bucks less than folks are trying to sell their used ones for. Bachman just doesn't have one at the moment. Checked two at Cabelas, all scratched up and again selling for way more than new. Looks like folks with the used seecamps bought theirs years ago when they demanded significantly higher prices than current retail. My search may lead to a different manufacturer for a pocket pistol.

Bachman's said new was right at $400 (MSRP still at $446). Had one offered on one forum for $500 (used, only 12 rounds fired), another forum $475 (one round fired but was a year 2000 manufacture). New on gunbroker at $419 and $429. Cabelas was $550 used. Two other used ones on other forums, but seller's prices were not only unreasonable but so were their attitudes. I'm patient, one will come my way.

I gave $400 for mine used a few years ago. That seemed to be fair market value at the time. New ones were not available

They jam too often and not worthy of relying upon, first hand experience.

North American Arms Guardian .32 feeds more ammo - look into it

Min runs like a train. It was designed around Silvertip ammo so that's what you lad it with

I don't doubt that at all Hoss, but the Silvertip is hard to place and pricey when able.

The clone NAA Guardian .32 is a bit more pig like in what you can feed it.

Maybe, maybe not, relevant to the original post. Being able to pick and choose working ammunition could be a good thing.

We've had two LWS .32s. Both were great as a single shot.

Hip pocket/discrete carry/.32 repeater is now a NAA .32 Guardian. Omnivorus so far, after limited firing and much carry. Magazines are switched whenever I think about it. Bad news to wayward 'phone books that are caught lurking in the back yard.

For the last few years, its diet has been either whatever I could find, or Buffalo Bore .32ACP RNFP.

Maybe the wind has shifted and moves in a different direction now.
