Anyone use Commercial #5 pistol powder?

I have seen this stuff for sale online (quantities up to 32#), but can't seem to find anything about it. Anyone ever use it? The seller listed below has their own data for 9mm, 40 and 45acp.

I have never seen or heard of it.

Does anyone know if this is another companies powder repackaged?

It is still more expensive than Unique, so I would want to try a smaller amount before buying that much!
