Thanks we have 3 Weims. This our youngest pup Bourbon pointing one of the first birds after we got him he is much bigger now.

Make sure the size is no larger than 60x60 pixels. That is usually the issue. You can try this app to shrink your photo http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/
