Sonic Solution Turning Brass Red
So I have been using a sonic cleaner lately on my brass. Over the weekend, I put a batch in and forgot about it for a few days (i.e., it shut off after the cycle, but the brass sat in the cleaning solution for a few days). I just got around to dumping out the brass and found that it has a red tint to it. My cursory Internet research suggests that this might be the result of the solution leaching out the zinc. Not sure what that means for case strength - I'm tempted to just chuck them. Any thoughts?

Yep, chuck 'em. That made them more brittle.
