Breaking news on Channel 5

Post by baldeagle »

An Arlington homeowner discovered two persons trying to break in to his house. He shot and killed one. The other is in police custody.

UPDATE: He shot both burglars. The second one is injured.

Good for the homeowner. No messy court needed.

"Officers tell CBS 11 that a homeowner in the 900 block of High Crest, shot and killed a burglary suspect Wednesday afternoon.
CBS 11 crews spotted the possible homeowner being checked out by an ambulance, with no apparent injuries.
He told police he was in his home when the burglar came inside."
