Retired SA Detective Busted

The "News" is reporting a decorated, retired (32 years?) SAPD Detective is among those busted in Waco. I won't post his mug shot, but you can spot him easily. Gray hair, beard that is dyed black on half his face, and left gray on the other half!

Sad to see so many older guys, who should have better sense, involved in that stupidity. Doubly sad to see a retired cop mixed up in it as well.

I also heard the Cossacks hadn't been paying the agreed to "tribute" to the Bandidos for the privilege of wearing the Texas territory rocker and that was a topic of contention at the meeting.

Does Texas have a collective punishment law, or is that why they were charged with organized crimes?

I don't know how these folks are gonna convince the courts that they didn't know what was going on.

The CoC meets I think monthly. Unfortunately, it is largely run by Bandidos. However, they have been meeting for years without incident but as i understand it. Cossacks didn't want to live by "the rules". Now, for the most part these meetings have been about legislation, allowing other clubs in (membership in CoC required) and so on. Cossacks were not members. With that said, there are different Christian motorcycle clubs that are members and attend as well as non-1% clubs. I have been to a few of the meetings myself. as a rod captain for our M/M.

This was more of a case of 2 clubs butting heads and getting out of hand. Sad part is, now there are 9 dead, 18 injured, and 171 arrested. Out of the 171, how many were not involved? We may never know
