I have seen this poster before.
I haven't been to Hiroshima, but I have been to Detroit.
It's amazing how many parts of Detroit are still so run down.

The closer I got to the city the scarier it became. I turned around and went back to my hotel.
As with many urban areas the suburbs are very nice while the inner city decays.
I still have relatives who live there, but not in Detroit city limits.

In addition, even with the nuclear fallout (so terrifying to those with no knowledge) it's safer in Hiroshima AND Nagasaki than in Detroit.
