Pray for my mom

I had to fly back to Commiefornia yesterday my mom (Sharon) has a scheduled gallbladder surgery this morning.

She is 79 and this is her first surgery, please pray for her comfort and quick healing.

Your Mom is in our prayers. Surgery is always a scary proposition and I'm sure the first one is even worse.

Thank you for the prayers, the surgery went well plus they found a hernia that they repaired at the same time. God is great!

I had a good flight home it's nice to have a gun on my hip and a knife in my pocket

Modern surgery is much better and safer than just a decade ago. Glad everything went better than expected. Yes, GOD often provides us with more than we ask for, giving us what we need instead. Welcome back to the Democratic Republic of Texas!

If there is such a thing as an emergency gallbladder surgery, I had one this past June in a strange hospital performed by a surgeon I'd never met. I'm almost as old as your momma. It wasn't a real big deal.
