CHL application status unknow

So I took my class back on 07/02 and sent in my application and CHL 100 the next day. Had my fingerprints taken 07/06. Now, I haven't received any conformation on receipt of the application, 100 or fingerprints either from mail or email. Also I don't have anything on my record that should prohibit me from having a CHL. Where should I go from here? Thanks in advance for any advice.

You should call DPS and ask, especially since it has gone past the 60 day window.

I'd call for sure. I submitted everything 10-9-15 got plastic 28 days later 11-5-15
