Grand Lux Westheimer 30.06

Hey All,

I was at Grand Lux on Westheimer the other night and was concealed. As I was walking out of the restaurant I had noticed that there was a 30.06 sign posted on the inside wall facing inward towards the bar. Is this legal?

I had no clue it was a 30.06 site until I was walking out, I had no reason to turn around after entering the doorway to notice it.
