Completed my class, submitted supporting documents electronically Dec. 07, 2015, finger print done 12/14/15, received my LTC 02/01/16.

congrats! I submitted all my supporting documentation Dec. 4 and they still haven't completed my background as of 2/1/16... I have no history other than a ticket from 2011. I called yesterday and they said "3 months." That's government for you I guess.
