Felon's sister buys him a gun. He murders pizza shop employee

Post by Syntyr »

Okay... This makes my blood boil! With all of the grief we all take defending our 2A rights and this piece of garbage gets his sister to buy him a gun because he is a felon on probation.

He then takes the gun into a pizza shop and when the employee can't open the register he shots and kills him. Then calmly walks out. His sister sees the surveillance video and turns him in. However, in the news interview she barely manages a sorry when asked what she would like to say to the people who lost their young son.

Grrrrr why is this woman not in jail??? Watch the video. Her apathy is amazing...

I'd bet that she will be in jail before too long, but will probably get off with probation and a fine that she can't pay.

Federal straw purchase charge. The feds may not do anything about it though, considering this administration's priorities.

She can always make the defense that she thought the gun was going to Mexico. It worked for Obama/Holder.

This administration would want to expand the scope of the background check to make sure that no family member of a gun purchaser is ineligible.

Exactly, this doesn't fit the agenda, this is not some middle class working man trying to supplement his income by selling a few used guns a year to his friends, this is a poor African-American ( I hate that term, bet they have never been to Africa) brother and sister who were abused by "the system" and will only get a slap on the wrist for any Federal charges, they are both guilty of Federal crimes totaling at least 20 years each. I would like to see what Obama's AG does in this case, but I won't be shocked if there is little or no action taken. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Do you mean the administration that enables murderers so that it can make it's case for gun control?

That will just be state charge, and proving that would entail proving she had prior knowledge, since she did turn him in that makes it a hard case to prove, but yes she should be charged to fullest extent of the law both State and Federal, the Texas AG needs to make an example of both of them, to show Barack Hussein, how it should be done. But I doubt Loretta will make it a priority, she's too busy trying find more prisoners to release. Forum rules prohibit me from making the comments I want to. :grumble :grumble :grumble

Yeah that story makes my blood boil too. A 19 year old kid tries to make an honest living and his life is snuffed out by a felonious piece of human garbage.
I recall a similar blood-boil story that happened in Houston at the beginning of this new year. Some punks robbed a chinese restaurant and murdered one of the customers who had formerly served in the military.
Before that I remember reading about the "ice-cream" parking lot murder where another piece of garbage gets into a car and murders a father in front of his wife and kids on the parking lot of an ice-cream shop.

What's wrong with Houston? Glad I do not live there any more.
Please know and follow the rules of firearms safety.

You will never get a 1st degree to stick to either of them. Trying to prove he planned on killing from the get go. 2nd degree should stick without any trouble.

I think what has happened is the past few years there was more focus on same sex bathrooms and bike trails than public safety.

Folks, Texas does not have degrees of murder. It's either murder, capital murder, or a different form of criminal homicide. See Tex. Penal Code Chp. 19 Also,
(b) Criminal homicide is murder, capital murder, manslaughter, or criminally negligent homicide." §19.01(b).
